The Utility knife is one of my top three favorites. This is my go-to knife for regular day to day activities. Cutting cheese, ham, fruits, and vegetables off all sorts. You see, I like to do smoothies and shakes so its smaller shape makes it easy to use and to clean, perfect for fast usage. Combined with the Honbazuke honing that is done on the blade makes this knife sharp and slices easily through standard food supplies. Recommended for every kitchen and skill level.
